Choose an Al-Anon Group by day of the week. Most meetings run one hour, though some are a bit longer.

Newcomer Meetings

These meetings are especially designed for those new to Al-Anon, with lots of opportunities to ask questions. Attendance is not a requirement to go to any other meeting, simply an added opportunity to learn.

These meetings have speakers who share recovery, how they came to Al-Anon, what it has done for them and why they keep returning - their experience, strength and hope.

Manual Study

For members interested in learning more about Al-Anon service. Participants use the Al-Anon Service Manual to answer questions or problem solve around Al-Anon questions or guidelines.
